Roger Rose
vocals, guitars, keyboards, synths

Frontman Roger Rose is the main lyricist and
vocalist of the band, although he shared these
responsibilities with his brother Randy as time
went on. Roger also produced the MATW albums and
was involved in the recording and mixing of the
songs as well. Additionally, he has been a worship
leader at several churches.

Randy Rose
vocals, drums, keyboards, synths
active 1987-present
In addition to being an integral part of MATW,
Randy Rose formed the successful metal band Rose.
Rose released 5 albums in the 1990's and later
released Songs
for the Ritually Abused in 2017 and The
Masquerade in 2023. Randy also formed
the band Mothership and worked
on other projects (Mood
Ring, The
Crocodiles, etc.) to experiment with
other styles of music.

Mike Pendleton
bass, guitar, percussion
active 1987-1992
Mike Pendleton played the guitar, keyboards, and
percussion on the first two albums, Mad At The World
and Flowers In
The Rain. He then switched over to bass
guitar for the third through fifth albums, Seasons of Love,
Boomerang,
and Through The
Forest.

Brent Gordon
lead & rhythm guitars
active 1990-1992
Brent Gordon climbed on board for the third album
in 1990, and he played lead and rhythm guitars up
through the band's fifth album. He co-wrote the
song "Draggin' the Chains" on the Boomerang
album. He also provided some of the artwork on
various albums.

Ben Jacobs
lead & rhythm guitars
active 1993-1995
Ben Jacobs took over as lead guitarist for the
band in 1993. He performed on the albums The Ferris Wheel and
The Dreamland
Cafe. He was also a guitarist for the
band Rose. In 1996, Jacobs formed
the band The
Jolly
Lamas, which released two albums. He later
became lead vocalist/guitarist of the band Rockin'
the Standards. On August 21, 2023, Ben
passed on and went to be with the Lord.

Mike
Link
bass guitar
active 1993-1995
Mike Link played bass on the albums The Ferris Wheel
and The
Dreamland Cafe. He also played bass for
the band Rose. Over the years he
continued playing
bass with many bands and musicians
including Paylface, Brandon Dawson, Casey Bryant,
Grand Prize, Stan Sinclair, The Wannabes, Abel's
Cry, Watershed, and Factory Air.
